The entire process should take 2-3 weeks from consultation, installation should take 1-2 days.

The roof deck should be replaced when the structural integrity of the roof sheathing has been compromised by weather elements, insects, age, or disaster such as fire or earthquake.

Replacement costs: 1x8 decking $5.75/Liner Foot, Plywood sheathing $71.45/sheet

We carry the required licensing for any and all municipalities that we perform work in. We also carry all necessary insurances as well.

Any unknown or unforeseen issues that arise after the contract has been signed. These issues may be found after the roof, shingles, and/or accessories have been removed. They can include damaged roof decking, structural issues, improper ventilation, or building code infractions.
